Aerospace Ti6Al4V Bars Description:

  • Specifications: Titanium rods are available in sizes from 8mm to 30mm in diameter (rolled) and from 30mm to 400mm in diameter (forged).
  • Supply Status: Available in cold-worked (Y), hot-worked (R), and annealed (M) conditions.
  • Key Feature: Our company uses a 2000-ton free forging oil press to heat forge the bars. This process changes the internal structure of the product and improves its physical properties.
  • Quality Control: We ensure quality by using 100% ultrasonic testing to check for flaws and to measure physical and mechanical properties. We also perform high-power metallographic tests.
  • Standards: Our products meet AMS 4928 and AMS 4911 standards.
  • Emballage : We pack the bars in wooden cases based on customer needs.
  • Production Equipment: We have a complete set of titanium production equipment, including vacuum melting, hydraulic forging machines (1000 tons, 2500 tons, and 4500 tons), CNC lathes, natural gas heating furnaces, resistance heating furnaces, lathes, and sawing machines.
